    • I think you have to fully understand what they are saying, and talking about to fully feel the love these two couples have. As far as people who don’t understand, they probably don’t understand Chinese that well or they’re just skipping through the episodes to find out if the couple they ship will get together or not. The acting is wonderful in this drama.

  7. it is trying hard to deal with a mature content storyline…the sleeping around, xiaosan(mistress) angle on diefei’s sister. add a little bit of mystery surrounding alice’s background but it fell flat.
    if diefei loves dingyu, she should have kissed him when he kissed her(twice at that) but she slapped him(right gesture) and then suddenly they were kissing with wild abandon.
    their actions are too bewildering…. i am speaking of alice, dingyu and diefei. the only one i found SANE and BALANCED as of this moment is Haijie who loves alice .

  8. a merry-go-round-carousel-series. too confusing of the feelings they had for the others. i feel as if they are just playing with their feelings, i mean, they are not that serious with one another.
    hai jie likes alice, alice likes him but slept with dingyu, dingyu likes diefei but slept with alice, diefei likes haijie who later might fall for diefei but in the meantime she is also falling for dingyu???? i am getting dizzy with this. 
    it seemed like i am not enjoying this at all but i have to finish this,too far along to abandon it.
    maybe, the storyline will be presented nicely.
    i feel that the kiss between diefei and dingyu is unnecessary. diefei pushed him away twice, that means, she is NOT READY yet. the director should have just made her ran away to confront her feelings whether to reciprocate dingyu’s love. the kiss should be reserved to the one she decides to be her mate.
    i find the flow of the story a little bit choppy.

  29. you guys should stop judging from appearance…I admit at first i find the main actress(Lara) okay looking but that didn’t stop me from watching this great show, if I stopped ’cause of how she looked, I would’ve missed out on this great drama :] + Aaron was great here! 😀 I love lara and aaron moments :]<3 it feels really..well, real. :O their kiss scene<3 i felt sad for aaron with his one sided love but that kiss scene! is he finally going to have happiness? :]<3

    • Remember the 1st episode… she was speechless and breathless upon seeing Ting Yu… Ting Yu, I’d say, was the same… he gave her a second look! But that’s just my interpretation… Why he was always angry with her… my explanation is Ting Yu doesn’t really know how to communicate his feelings because of how people look at him… but mainly,  I think that’s how he gets her attention!… again, this is just my interpretation… I love re-watching all the previous episodes… I love, love, love this series… especially Ting Yu and Die Fei moments!

    • She did like Hai Jie for his personality and always cheering her up. But she always could not put a finger towards her feelings for Ting Yu, because he is hard to understand, so they are closer than friends yet not considered lovers in the part where he trained her. Cos finally she is able to confirm that ting yu love her so ya.

I think all the actors in this show are doing a great job.  When the show first started, I saw all of comments which were again Lara and said she is a bad actor.  I have to say that I think she is getting better and better.  I think the connection between all the actors are great, a very natural feeling.

  35. I don’t get it, if ting yu cared about Die Fei he would’ve gone looking for her instead of wallowing around in his pit of sadness lol

    • I agree, it seems that he loves her so dearly but he didn’t even try to find her at all?  Maybe he knows she needs time to think alone?
