  1. Hmm.. I don’t like most of the characters (not the actors and actresses themselves) in this drama. The only one I like is Lian Cheng, because of his undying love and willing to sacrifice everything even his life for this woman he love. Lian Cheng being played by Wallace Huo is well-match. I think I’ll watch it just to see more of Lian Cheng character, since its interesting, but I feel I’ll drop it once Lian Cheng dies. lol

  2. Fu Ya was an exiled princess who married three ambitious kings. –> how’s that possible? The first marriage protected her from being executed with her family. –> Probably the King who “stole” his son’s wife and wanting to make use of her to his own goals. The second marriage gave her shelter to heal her broken heart. –> The kingdom where she lives under the name “Pan-yu” ?The third marriage saved her people, but killed the man she loved. –> Probably married Liu Lian Cheng (Wallace Huo) but Meng Qi You died.Although her husbands loved her, they were equally keen on using her to consolidate power. Their betrayals pushed her to become an avenging angel who would kill anyone in her way.

    • Spoiler!

      Disagree. In the novel…
      1st marriage: Liancheng
      2nd marriage: Qiyou
3rd marriage: Lianyi. (just in case you Dk, Lianyi is Liancheng’s half brother)

I don’t want to spoil ppl too much also. But it is possible because she married to her 3 husbands under different identities. But I still love Liancheng most because his love for fuya is the most genuine one. He really love her more than his life as compared to the other 2. So he is my favourite character. But then again, since the trailer seemed to be so different from the novel, I’m really sure about the story plot for the drama.

  3. This kind of story just doesn’t appeal to me regardless of its wonderful actors/actresses.  You have this princess who married different people and played with their hearts.  She is unable to just wo-man-up and pick a man she loves and live/die with him.  Instead, she’s playing both (three) sides and giving each of them hope that she is in love with them. And while having her own agendas, she becomes vindictive because her men have their own secrets? That’s a ridiculous plot and a ridiculous portrayal of the main character (the princess).  She expects everyone to treat her well and follow her wills, but punishes others for loving her because they did something in that past.

For example, the king that poisoned her father to destroy her kingdom.  It is a smart tactical move by an emperor. albeit it is entirely understandable that she hates him for that, but at the same time she married him JUST TO keep her lover from dying.  That is a betrayal in itself.  So, I agree with the person who said this is just a story about a slut that married three dudes.  I will certainly not be watching this show.

    • so, perhaps do u think the princess played by ruby actually slept with all the kings she married?!! didnt back then a woman’s virginity was very important, i wonder why the men would want to marry her if she wasnt “pure” anymore

    • But then again, the story changes alot as compared to the novel (after watching the trailer) The novel’s plot becomes messier as the story develops. I hope it would be better than the novel because some parts are really too ridiculous. Hope the drama will change all those messy plots into a better and logical storyline.

  4. omg!!! I am so looking forward to this!! and i’ve just get to know about the drama yesterday and the preview is already out here!! so good!!! XD
