Their relationship are not so intimate. When ruoxi is not happy with the 4th visiting his concubines when times is up, the 4th wanted her to not make things difficult for him. He has never in ruoxi’s shoes to understand how hurt she is . Thinking the 4th sleeping with another woman. On earth which woman wanted to share their man with another woman. And since he is already a emperor , he can change rules. He should divorce all the wives and concubines so that he can spend his life with the only woman that he wanted to. In addition no more that kind of event three years there is a selection for concubines. In the first place , is there a need since the emperor have already so many wives and concubines.
