Description: Episodes:
On her 30th birthday, Cheng You Qing received an email on "the symptoms of premature aging" from Li Da Ren, her best friend of 14 years. Unable to accept that Li Da Ren is like a fine wine that will get better with age and she is like a grape that will dry into a raisin as years go by, she made a bet with Li to see who will get married first before they turn 35. As she looked around for a potential husband, she discovered that she was surrounded by unacceptable candidates, like gay assistant or cheating ex-boyfriend. The only man who could love her despite her ill temper and stubbornness is her best friend. The only problem was that they both swore that they were not or will ever be romantically attracted to each other.

  10. Ding Li Wei is very ugly, I find him irritating!! He should be together with Maggie.  

    I think this drama would be better if they pick the cast more carefully.  I like You Qing and Da Ren but Ding Li Wei and Maggie really annoyed me.  So many times, because of them I almost dropped watching the show.

  42. 還蠻不錯看的劇，跟小資女孩有的拼，算是近期不錯看的兩部劇，明年的金鐘有的拼了。
    如果我是編劇的話，我會讓大仁與又青的遺憾延續到年老以後。
    簡單的說，經過一番掙扎與考驗，又青接受了浪子回頭的立威，走入婚姻。
    無奈又抱憾的大仁，基於對又青的愛，只有接受並給予祝福。
    同時為了避免造成又青的困擾，離開台灣到了新加坡，同時認識另一個女孩，也結了婚。
    走入家庭的兩個人，因為忙錄的工作及相繼出生的子女，日漸失去聯絡，直到三十年後。
    小孩子大了，兩個人退休了，生活了大半輩子的另一半也離開了，然後大仁與又青就在某家養老院重逢。
    故事可以在這裡就結束，留下餘韻讓觀眾自己去品味、想像。當然要繼續也可以。
    好朋友畢竟是好朋友，重逢的兩個人，就像回到以前一樣，彼此互相扶持，直到有一天，不想留下遺憾的大仁對著又青說出了深藏了數十年的秘密…

  48. Based from the additional previews I saw for episode 8, it seems like Li Wei deleted Da ren’s text for You Qing. I think Da ren was saying in the text that, it’s not that he doesn’t love her but he loves her very much. oh no…. can’t wait for the next episode. 🙁

  49. 又青及大仁俩人的细腻，亲蜜的互动真的让人看了心动，婉惜 – 大仁替又青撩头发，又青帮大仁擦药，按摩，褒汤，俩人的情谊全都写在这些细腻的动作里头。。俩人真的是名副其实的精神伴伴侣。。如果真的没在一起就真的太可惜了。。

  50. 終於明白為何我在很多偶像劇中，總是愛上男二。
    因為很多偶像劇中的男二都比較像大仁，溫柔，溫馴，關心女主角但又有點壓抑。比如說: 裡面的男二 還有和等等不勝枚舉。大部分男主角們都比較像丁立威，有錢風流帥氣愛好自由後來愛上相貌普普但性格特別的女主角(通常)
    但這齣偶像劇，應該說瞿導把它當文藝片拍(某些部分)
    花一些時間，去講跟愛情沒關係的人生道理。
    還有探討一些不是男主角的男主角(大仁)

    也許有些人會覺得他們很孬
    就是因為這樣才愛不到
    但很想從他們的瞳孔
    去看在他們瞳孔中的愛人

    因為感覺，會很溫暖，很美好。

    其實，丁和大仁是一個過多一個不足。
    丁立威有過多的危險和不安全
    如果加上一些安定的靈魂就會完美。

    大仁安全安穩還有了解但就少了衝動
    如果加上一點衝動就會完美。

    其實最後大家會知道

    學壞比較容易，學乖很難。

      • not true. it depends on who is given priority and more scenes in the series. in meteor garden, i go for the tough guy, daomingse. But in this series, i go for the soft-spoken and kind DaRen.

  55. The choice is like between a good guy and a bad boy … both not bad looking … I would always go for the good guy 🙂  As I like good guys 😀  Especially when they are hot as well 😀
    DLW is charming in his own ways but he isn’t that good looking to pull me into him .. is his tats real or just for the drama?!  One more reason, I won’t chose him, I don’t really like tats.

  70. so far best taiwan drama, tired w/ those cinderella type story. Love this story line, heart warming. Such a good chemistry between li daren and you ching. It’s good keep the drama short, so it won’t drag too long. Although would miss to see them and wish to have more episodes….

    • i also love taiwanese drama more than korean drama. although taiwanese drama series are low budgeted, i feel they are more straight-to-the-point, no convoluted plots and sub-plots, more character-driven(specially this one) and touches our emotions so much that we can really FEEL them as real.

    • Yeah, when a drama’s well written as this one, it really feels like 13 episodes is too short. I’ve read somewhere that the scriptwriter for this drama had previously won a Golden Bell already and the writer said that he had a hard time writing the script for this drama. Oh, how I wish I could write such lovely & witty lines…. 🙂

  83. yichen and bolin have adorable chemistry, obviously good actors but sunny and ariel have a different thing going on chemistry wise..not only because he’s aggressive or have to be passionate, just something special. but of course im rooting for li darren in this drama, he is the good guy after all, hehe plus he and youching are meant to be together in this show 🙂

  84. when da ren was sitting next to the wall with 我愿意负责 written on the present he was about to give to you qing~~ i felt so so so so sorry for him! and.. i thought ding li wei was going to annoy the hell out of me, but when he said 因为我爱你 to you qing at the temple and she burst into tears, i really felt the emotion there…. THIS DRAMA IS SO GOOD!!!!

  85. Wow… this drama just gets more & more interesting & intense after every episode. It sure has a way of leaving me wanting for more…. ughhh!!!  And with only 13 episodes, I now feel it’s too short, although I want Da ren & You Qing to be together already! Lol!!! Waiting for a week, for the next episode just sucks… arghhhhhh…… Lol!!!

    • Da ren is a little bit timid, but he has mustered his courage and would let out his feelings for You Qing, only he would be interrupted by YouQing so many times, not that he didn’t try BUT he didn’t persist and try more!

    • i think this is his first acting job? he really comes from a rich family. he said in an interview that he would not follow the family’s tradition of handling business but would like to carve a niche for himself in the entertainment industry.

      • yes, especially when Da ren goes to Singapore. I’m sure You Qing will be needing a friend who can understand and relate to her. Although Nic may have hurt before, I think he’s not really a bad person. I don’t know why, but I think Nic can help You Qing discover her true feelings for Da ren.  LOL!!! :)))
