[YT] i totally agree with you! having watched the first series as well, i think this one story that is really continuous from the first story, in every detail! i love how it started, how it progessed and of course how it ended. i used to think ouxiangju-s that were filmed earlier than 2005 were substandard and kind of slowmoving but this really swept me off my feet!
this is one of the most well-weaved show/story i’ve ever watched, and the actors are really superb. especially linyichen (:

i love how all 3 of the bao la san jie mei found their true love eventually. love the subplot too.. where they involve the gangsters and all. real cool. too bad ah zheng died. & if i’m not wrong, ah zheng and yuan shu are really brothers, not just in the show but in real life as well.
