Everyone, let’s not starting making conclusions about Yu Feng yet…. Xiao-Yu and his ex are definitely not that alike. (Xiao-Yu is more fiesty whereas his ex seemed more down-to-earth, although they both share a love for nature/animals) In my opinion, it seems rather that his feelings for Xiao-Yu remind him of the love that he once lost because he didn’t do anything about it. In other words, he might not want to repeat the same mistake and lose Xiao-Yu too. So he’s fighting with himself (his own feelings) and his ultimate purpose of marrying Xuan-Xuan.

Starting to hate Yu Feng, so his whole deal with xiao yu is because she reminds him of his ex, and he was using xuen xuen to get back at the granfather?? ………no girl wants that
