    in the movie they are filming, i wanna see them date like officially. I wonder how his mother will react to the fact that she is a divorcee and has a child..or does she already know …damn i kinda skipped that part

She is like Ann Zheng, i cant stay without her nagging… her over excited concern… she is just too good for me… I seldom say the prettiest word in the world “I LOVE YOU”.  I am going back to give her a big hug and say “I LOVE YOU, dear, JOJO, Meow meow ~`~~~

    • Why should they be together after what he did?! It is time to have this kind of shows to let guys know that once the deed is done, women will be able to move on once they allow themselves to feel the sadness.

  14. I am abit angry with the ending… but i have to admit, that was a pretty AWESOME ending….
    2010 dramas have the BEST ending…
    i have to watch it like a couple of times to finally get the ending

    It gives us, as watchers, to have the imagination and room to think about what will happen next..the director is smart =D

    i mean, at first i didnt get it with the handshake but then when i watch it again, i realised that she put her hand out and just smiled and didnt say anything.. before with the handshake.. she always puts it out saying “still friends”
    this time, she puts it out without saying anything at all… and then when he asked again “does this handshake means i dont stand a chance again?”
    she just smiled with tears… its tears of joy.. and then when she just smiled, he looked shocked.. like he understand the meaning and the message behind it….. like he was surprised and then he smiled and took his hand out and shook hand as well..

    that handshake.. went from looking like a handshake to looking like they are holding hands.. its so cute and sweet =D

    i knew she would feel something when he decided to leave and she starts collecting all his newspaper and realised that he is always mentioning her in all his articles =D that is so cute =D

    i heard that there will be a movie on it with original cast as well.. i hope its like a continuity with this after the handshake…i really hope, i really want to see them together officially… =D that will be awesome!!!!!

    anyways… AWESOME drama

  17. Good ending. Handshake with tears. I am sure she will be with him as he had proven to be the good man that she can share the life with. Hard to accept after the broken marriage but she had courage to do it. Touching…..

  20. 还好结局安真没有接受他老公，她老公讨厌死了，经不起诱惑，尤其是签字离婚时的那一幕，她老公真的很可恶。我真希望他的结局可以改成谢安真接受蓝天尉，那该多好啊！！！

    • BUT it do think its obvious she falls in love with him, when she see him she is in tears but smiling plus she cut all the newspaper and stick it to a book…it can only shows that she edi start developed feeling for him

  29. A good novel or drama needs a good ending that leaves room for imagination. The handshake at the end provides that “room” or “blank space in a Chinese painting” for the audience. I like it.

  31. This very much describe the independence and life of Taiwanese women. I have seen and heard load of single mom etc so not surprise that she didn’t go back to her husband. When she (one) became financial independent, they became more confident and independent hence she felt that she doesn’t need to return to her husband for all the harm/hurtful words done to her. They should have a happy ending… forgiving which she probably has and reunited as a family again. Otherwise with ending like this, it’s going to encourage more of this kind of “broken marriage” rather bad for the society…

    • Unbelievable reply. Bad for the society? It is obvious that u don’t have a sister or a daughter.nu mean after all that this guy has done, u are still going to encourage your daughter or sis to go back to this guy??? All parents should understand that they are setting an example for their kid. Obviously this guy is a bad example. In reality, more than often, the daughters always marry their fathers. So, by treating the wife this way, he will cause his daughter to marry someone like him. That is also the reason why women with a father who is an abuser tend to marry someone who is an abuser as well.
