does this make it clearer? she would most likely have been a cousin or a nobleman’s daughter since she doesn’t live in the palace.

If it was real brothers and sisters, the child would have been disabled/severe handicapped
they are cousins.. not siblings
i think the drama description is not correct~~~ i think that’s why it causes misunderstanding here~~~
it may be weird in modern time. bt it makes sense if it happened during the ancient time. lots of cases like this happened during tht time.
