This was a great ending
It’s actually a really good ending ๐ I always afraid to watch a movie with a sad ending like the girl in blue… Beautiful story…

I don’t get why he must hide his illness from her and come up with all these to hurt her, thinking that it would be better and easier for her to forget him. In the end, if he dies, she is going to know the truth and wouldn’t she hate herself and carry much more regrets with her? Why not just sit down and solve it together, at least even if he dies, they would already be mentally prepared.
